Dr. J. C. Towe is the founder and pastor of the Strongtower Christian Center (SCC) located in the Brooklyn area of Baltimore City.

He has committed his life to teaching and developing the people of SCC to experience the power and anointing of God by living a life of Faith. He has faithfully lead his people into God's presence for three years.

He is joined in ministry with his wife of twenty years, Pastor Ava Towe, and four children from this union, Charles, Ayana, Aniya and Amanda.

2 Corinthians 5:7; "(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)" has become his way of life.
